Anxi Hairy Crab Oolong tastes fruity and sweet. It is a green Oolong that is hand-rolled into tight twists. The leaves make a dense brew that creates darker yellow liquor (liquid), which is strong and orchid like. For the best results, use one full tablespoon for each 6-8 oz of water, brewed at just below boiling. Don’t infuse more than 2-3 minutes or the brew will bitter, as this is a green Oolong. Anxi Hairy Crab Oolong also works nicely in a plain cup with the leaves at the bottom, but reduce the leaves to less than a teaspoon, or else your cup will be too strong.
