How to preserve the tea?

Store the tea in an air tight container after open the box (The teabags are sealed in three individual bags in the box)

How to prepare the tea?

1. Warm the cup with boiling water

2. Pour boiling water over tea bag, NOT dipping the tea bag into hot water

3. If you used to drink black tea, you might want to enhance the white tea flavor by steeping the teabag for longer time. There is very little bitterness even when the color of tea turns darker red.

White tea is mild, it might take some time to get used to it, especially if you are used to stronger drink. But I find that the hint of sweetness is very enjoyable. I found it is great for afternoon tea at work

Shoumei White Tea is okay
I really prefer the Shoumei Green Tea which is one of the only green teas I can find that isn’t bitter. The white tea doesn’t have any sweetness to it and isn’t much fun to drink. I only drink it because it’s good for me.

Item as expected, services average; shipping cost wasn’t as ecconomical as I would have liked to have seen but, obviously, I paid it. I probably could have found the tea in a store but am hard pressed to get anywhere, so… All-in-all, everything went as expected.
