Twinings Tea
Twinings is a noted manufacturer of tea which is based in England. The first Twinings tea was introduced under the tea room in 1706 in London. Since then, the Twinings tea has captured the taste preferences of the English people. The Twinings tea is considered as one of the oldest and the finest tea in England.
The Twinings tea is known for its regional varieties and flavors. The most popular varieties of the Twinings tea include the Lapsang Souchong, Earl Grey, Darjeeling, and Lady Grey. The Lapsang Souchong is a black tea from the Province of Fujian in China. This type of Twinings tea is distinctive because of the smoking process that is done on the Lapsang leaves when drying them. The Lapsang Souchong tea therefore has a smoky and strong flavor. This unique infusion of the smoky flavor into the back tea tends to neutralize the strong of the black tea.
The Earl Grey tea on the other hand, is a variation of the Twinings tea which has derived its explicit flavor and aroma from the oil extracts of bergamot orange. Although the Earl Grey tea is traditionally black tea only, the term is still used to refer to other teas that contain oil extracts.

The last of the Twinings tea is the Darjeeling, which is made from the leaves of the Chinese variety of the Camellia sinesis. The Darjeeling tea is actually a black tea with a musky spiciness flavor in it and a cast of astringent tannic which causes a sweet aftertaste that lingers in the mouth.
